ROM Information

Fujiko F. Fujio Characters Daishuugou! SF Dotabata Party! is a Party game developed by Bandai Namco Games for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released exclusively in Japan on November 20, 2014. The crossover work features many characters from Fujiko F. Fujio ‘s various manga works and was created to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Fujiko’s birthday. There are four game modes: the single-player story mode “Slapstick Party,” in which four players play around a sugoroku-style stage and compete to gather the most companions.

“Free Party,” in which players can choose a Slapstick Party stage of their choice and play with up to four players; “Minigame,” in which players can choose a mini-game that occurs during the Slapstick Party and Free Party and play with up to four players; and “Collection,” in which players can browse dictionary elements of Fujiko F. Fujio’s works using “C Coins” earned after playing the game.

Before starting the game, the player selects one of six playable characters: Doraemon, Perman No. 1 (Perman), Korosuke (Kiteretsu Encyclopedia), Sakura Mami (Esper Mami), Chimpui (Chimpui), and 21 Emon (21 Emon). In Slapstick Party mode, the selected character becomes the protagonist, and scenes are inserted at the beginning of the game in which the character converses with other characters. If the same character wins three times in Slapstick Party mode, a different version of that character’s appearance becomes available to select on the character selection screen.
