Initial D Perfect Shift Online is a Racing game developed and published by Sega for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released exclusively in Japan on April 2, 2014. Initial D Perfect Shift Online is the first Initial D game for Nintendo 3DS, and it’s also the first free-to-play game for 3DS. While it is a racing game, players don’t steer the car. You shift at the right time and use cards with different skills. Cars move on their own, and players will have to up- and down-shift gears at the right moments in racing to victory, kind of like a rhythm game. Characters and vehicles from Initial D will appear in the game.
