Kamen Rider – Travelers Record

Kamen Rider – Travelers Record also known as Kamen Rider – Travelers Senki is a RPG game developed and published by Bandai Namco Games for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released exclusively in Japan on November 28, 2013. It features the primary and secondary Heisei Phase 2 Riders (including Gaim). Kamen Rider Travelers Records has similar gameplay to titles in the Tales series. The player controls the Kamen Riders, and they can head to multiple towns, talk with NPC’s, and take on numerous quests. The game uses the “Linear Motion Battle System” or LMBS.

Like previous Tales games, Kamen Rider Travalers Records uses 2D sprites with combat taking place on a single two-dimensional line, and it is completely real-time, with the player controlling one rider and the others being controlled by A.I. if another person isn’t controlling them. The bottom of the screen has your transformation belt, and you can touch it to transform. Players are allowed to plan tactical maneuvers such as pincer attacks or stringing skills along to create massive chain combos. Each Kamen Rider’s special finishers can also be unleashed.
