Pokemon Glowing Garnet is a romhack of Pokémon Omega Ruby that changes the colors of every single obtainable shiny in the game and increases shiny odds to 1/100. Though this is the primary feature it also includes many Delta Pokémon forms which, like modern regional forms, change not only their color palette but also their typing, move set, stats, etc. Other notable features include changes to trainer teams, edited wild encounters, and various shiny hunting quality-of-life features such as honey being sold in the Pokémart.
