Xeodrifter

Xeodrifter is a Platforming game that was developed and published by Renegade Kid for the Nintendo 3DS and was released on December 11, 2014. Xeodrifter is a Metroidvania video game, where the player controls an astronaut whose spaceship is damaged by an asteroid, and must visit four nearby planets in order to repair it. The game allows the player to explore the planets, each representing a different environment. The planets can be visited in any order, but exploration depends on power-ups to gain access to new areas.

The game draws inspiration from the Metroid series and borrows elements from another Renegade Kid game, Mutant Mudds. Xeodrifter is the story of an interstellar drifter traveling the stars on a simple mission of exploration. We join our nomad as he embarks on the investigation of a small cluster of four planets in the omega sector after a collision with a rogue asteroid damaged his warp core. Blast your way through alien landscapes, seek out valuable secrets, and defeat ancient guardians to unlock powers from a legendary supreme culture in this exciting journey of mystery and adventure.
