Pokemon Omega Ruby Shinylocke is a Pokemon Omega Ruby hack. What is a Shinylocke?

The Shinylocke, covered by different YouTubers and reinvented by aDrive, who took it to make it a little more Let’s Play friendly, is a variant on the Nuzlocke. A Shinylocke is gonna take a whole lot of patience since shinyhunting can be a really time-consuming task. The Shinylocke is inspired by the original Nuzlocke, but is enhanced a lot. It’s recommended to play the Shinylocke on Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire for the use of the DexNav.

Shinylocke rules

1. You can only catch one first encounter on any route before every Gym.
2. A total of 8 Pokémon will be caught before the end of the Shinylocke.
3. Shiny encounter MUST be captured. If not succeeded, keep hunting.
4. Each Pokémon receives 3 lives; after these lives run out Pokémon must be released.
5. Your starter Pokémon can be used for shiny hunting, as well as utility Pokémon.
6. You can’t use your Shiny Pokémon for shiny hunting.
7. Utility Pokémon can be used to help with HM’s.
8. All Pokémon must be nicknamed.
